Adorable, white fluffy cat crewel fiber wall hanging. Cat has angel wings and glass eyes (eyes may be plastic, I can't tell as the picture is framed). Yarn whiskers.
I am not sure what the technique used here is called. Maybe needle felting? It looks like a combination of rug hooking and needle felting. Very unusual.
