The building is in excellent condition with no damage noted. The 2 attachments; a flag and “The Timbers Hotel” are both included. The 3 hanging baskets are MISSING. Working light cord is included.
The styrofoam has a piece missing at the top and some gouges, see photo #8. There appears to be some green ink smeared on the inside sleeve, photo #9. Additionally the sleeve has crumpling/creases at corners and edges and one seam has come apart and was taped back together.
